Nowadays the phenomenon "burn-out” is a widespread statement. How do we cope with it? How to approach it and fight it? When to recognize first signs?
High work demands, disturbed work atmosphere with colleagues or superiors, all of these could be symptoms of burn-out signal. Yet, it is not easy to break out of the every day work routine and find a new adaptable way of approaching a work issue.
Also, considering the other part of the story, the employer, it might be a difficult challenge to keep the work spirit high. Think of a questions like dealing with complicated situations such as communication of bad news or even firing an employee because of the financial crisis or other complex circumstances.
