How I work

My Counseling approach

My Counseling approach is holistic and based on a client centered therapy. It means that I see a client as a whole and adapt every time my approach to the individual needs of a person, instead of treating all clients according to a same therapy pattern. We all are unique, so we all have a need of an unique approach!
In general, the Counseling therapy takes between maximum 15-20 sessions. Depending on the individual situation, it might be that the therapy could require a slightly longer duration.

My focal areas are

  • Stress Counseling
  • Expatriation intercultural and other related issues
  • Nutrition Consulting
  • Mental support for sport performance

Treatments

  • Individual therapy
  • Couple therapy
  • Group therapy

A word from the Counselor

“The first step of contacting a therapist is often not easy. It is common to feel a bit insecure and nervous about it. Yet, the trust, comfort and confidentiality the therapist spreads and offers make a client swiftly at ease.”
As I do comprehend very well the above, my first task will be to endeavor to make you feel “at home” with me in order to let you feel free discussing and sharing with me your personal setback.
